Where are you based? Do you travel?

I am based in Cold Lake, Alberta.

I frequently travel to Fort McMurray, Edmonton and Calgary.
Message me your location and I will do everything I can do make it work!

Do you provide the entire unedited (raw) session?

No.
You will receive your edited gallery only. The amount of photos depends on the package you choose.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Sometimes.
If I am fully booked, back to back, this won't be possible. However, I do try my best to give myself extra time between clients. Ask, and I will do my absolute best to extend your shoot.

What kind of gear do you use?

I shoot with a Canon ESO RP body and a 35mm or 50mm lens.

Do I have to order prints through you?

I do not offer prints. I will provide you with a fully edited online gallery where you can download your photos and do as you wish with them.

What is your cancellation policy?

I understand that things come up.
Kids get sick, schedules change etc.
I am understanding - However, please do your best to give me the most notice possible to get you rescheduled.

Note: No shows will not get their deposit back and will not be booked with Northern Shadow Photography in the future.

Do you provide props or do I bring my own?

I will always provide everything you need for your shoot other than your outfit. But if you have something you want to bring, please do!

When will I get my photos?

You will receive your completed gallery within 10-15 business days of your shoot.
(This is for busy season, most galleries are returned within 7 days.)
